Scope and exclusions
Clean and apply a new silicone seal along one metre of accessible worktop joint. Thick old-seal removal, swollen-edge repairs and materials are separate.
How the price is calculated
Starting labour rates exclude materials and equipment. We confirm the scope and agree the total before work begins. The handyman visit minimum is 200 GEL, including selected work. It applies once per visit, not on top of each item.
What to include in your request
Show the joint or seal in an overall view and close-up. Include length, approximate gap width, surface material and where water appears. Tell us whether old sealant or a gasket needs removal.
