Request data and privacy

GOODMAN stores the contact and task details you submit: name, phone, district, full address, preferred date and time, property type, tasks and quantities, comments, photos and videos. We also store the form language, creation date and your consent. If you choose to locate yourself and confirm the point, the request includes coordinates and their reported accuracy. Location is optional; you can enter the address manually.

Service requests

When you submit the form with your consent, the website saves the request and attachments, then automatically sends the request number, selected tasks and estimate, name, phone, address, preferred time, comment and private link to GOODMAN staff in a closed Telegram work chat. Staff view photos and videos through the link; large files are not uploaded again to Telegram. The form confirms delivery only after it is acknowledged. Otherwise, your saved request and number remain available and the form shows the delivery status and any retry option. Receipt of the request does not confirm a visit or final price. WhatsApp is optional. Telegram and WhatsApp also apply their own rules to data in those services. Anyone with the complete private link can open the request and attachments; do not share it publicly. Access expires after 30 days. Expiry does not automatically delete the files.

Renovation requests

The renovation form also stores property area, current condition, renovation type, optional budget, preferred timeline and any floor plans or design documents in PDF. These files are stored privately with the request. No public link is created. Automatic company notifications and callbacks are not connected yet. Saving does not confirm a call, inspection or work.

Your browser

The selected city and service quantities may be stored in your browser. Contact details, full address, coordinates and uploaded files are not stored in the local draft. Where available, the hosting service supplies an approximate city; city selection does not request GPS coordinates. In the request form, precise location is requested only when you press its button and grant browser permission. You can change the city manually.

Storage and contact

Requests use private Cloudflare object storage. Rate limiting uses a salted hash of the network address. No advertising analytics or marketing pixels are currently connected. Do not upload identity, payment or other documents unrelated to the task. For correction or deletion, contact support@good-man.ge and include the request number. Files are not currently deleted automatically.

Contact through Telegram

When ordering in the Telegram Mini App, the server verifies Telegram-signed launch data. The verified Telegram identifier, name and available username are attached to the request so staff can associate it with your chat. Raw launch data and its signature are not stored. After staff receive the request, the bot attempts to send its number to your private chat. If Telegram does not permit that message, the request number and confirmation remain on screen.

With your separate consent, registration stores your name, phone, Telegram identifier, phone verification status and consent and update dates in private Cloudflare storage. This prefills contact details for later requests; addresses and attachments are not added to the profile. You can edit your contact details in the Mini App. Profiles stop being used after 90 days of inactivity. Expired names, phones and consent details are cleared on access or in small batches during later service activity; an exact physical clearing time is not guaranteed and a technical record identifier may remain.

Sharing your phone asks for Telegram permission. The server marks it verified only after receiving the same user's own contact through the bot's protected webhook. The temporary verification record lasts 10 minutes. Manually entered or changed numbers are marked unverified. Verification links the number to a Telegram account; it does not verify legal identity, guarantee payment or perform an SMS check. Registration contacts are not sent to the staff group; order contact details are shared with staff when you submit the request.

When you write to the GOODMAN bot, your message, Telegram name and username are passed to company staff in a private work chat or a closed team group. A team member handles the conversation; this is not automated advice. Their reply returns to your private chat with the bot. The team group is not intended for customers and is not published on the website.

Message text and attachments remain in Telegram: the website does not download or store copies. Private Cloudflare storage holds chat, message and update identifiers, delivery status and the expiry of reply routing. Replies can be routed for 30 days. After that, the bot does not route a reply to an old message. Expired routing records are deleted in small batches during subsequent bot activity; deletion exactly on day 30 is not guaranteed. This cleanup does not delete Telegram conversations.

Share only information needed for the service. Telegram's own rules also govern its handling and storage of the conversation. To ask about, correct or delete data held by GOODMAN, email support@good-man.ge with your Telegram username and the approximate date of contact.
