How the price is calculated

Starting labour rates exclude materials and equipment. We confirm the scope and agree the total before work begins. The handyman visit minimum is 200 GEL, including selected work. It applies once per visit, not on top of each item.

What to include in your request

Give the water-heater type, model and capacity, with photos of its instructions and installation space. Show existing connections externally, the wall material and clearance, and say whether an old unit needs replacing.
