The exact scope of any additional work is agreed using your description and photos. Tell us what needs doing and which materials or parts you already have.

How the price is calculated

Starting labour rates exclude materials and equipment. We confirm the scope and agree the total before work begins. The handyman visit minimum is 200 GEL, including selected work. It applies once per visit, not on top of each item.

What to include in your request

Give the floor area, tile format and laying pattern, with photos of the base and tile packaging. Note underfloor heating, a floor drain, thresholds and transitions to other finishes, plus the condition of any existing tiles.

Enter the quantity or area, exact address and preferred date and time. Add photos of the work area and describe its condition, dimensions or equipment model. We use these details to clarify the scope and agree the total before work starts.
