Scope and exclusions
Per metre of accessible joint: remove ordinary old silicone, clean and reseal. Deep mould treatment, plumbing disassembly and sealant are separate.
How the price is calculated
Starting labour rates exclude materials and equipment. We confirm the scope and agree the total before work begins. The handyman visit minimum is 200 GEL, including selected work. It applies once per visit, not on top of each item.
