Scope and exclusions
Price per 1 m² of a low-pile synthetic rug or fitted carpet: dry preparation and extraction cleaning on site. Enter the full area. Wool, silk, long pile, difficult stains, collection and workshop drying are separate. Standard cleaning products and equipment are included. The final price is agreed from the area and condition before cleaning starts.
How the price is calculated
Apartment, house and office cleaning: area in m² × rate. Furniture and windows are priced per item. Standard cleaning products and equipment are included. Extra work is agreed before cleaning. The 200 GEL handyman visit minimum does not apply to cleaning.
