Scope and exclusions
Indicative GOODMAN labour rate. One cassette indoor unit on prepared hangers and pipework, ceiling up to 3 m; opening, outdoor unit and routes separate. Labour only; materials and equipment excluded.
How the price is calculated
Starting labour rates exclude materials and equipment. We confirm the scope and agree the total before work begins. The handyman visit minimum is 200 GEL, including selected work. It applies once per visit, not on top of each item.
What to include in your request
Include the air-conditioner brand, model, capacity and symptoms or error code. Add photos of both units, their locations and exterior access. For installation or relocation, give the approximate pipe-run length.
